How to order?
 
Order your ifluo bag in just a few steps:
1. Click on the bag that you want to buy.
2. You will land on the product detail page.
3. Click on the green button ' add to shopping cart'
4. If you want to order more than 1 piece you can change the number of pieces by clicking the arrows or type the number of pieces you want from this product. If you want to add other products you can click on the 'ifluo' logo at the top of the page left and repeat step 1 to 3. 
5. Click on the shopping cart at the top of the webpage on the right
6. Check the items in the shoppingcart.
7. Fill in your name and address.
8. Add a delivery address if you want us to deliver in a pick up point or another address.
9. Choose the delivery date.
10. Choose the method of payment.
11. Check again all the information and confirm the order.
12. You will proceed to the payment page. Wait till the payment is confirmed and you will be redirected to the ifluo.be website again. If you close the window too soon it is possible that the order stays unfinished and the confirmation mail will not be sent.
 
When will I receive my order?
Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg: 1-2 days
France, Germany: 2-3 working days
Spain, Portugal, Italy: 3-4 working days
Sweden, Finland, Poland, Czech Republic: 4-5 working days
 
It is always possible that the delivery takes a day longer due to unforeseen circumstances (strikes, weather conditions, ...). Please do not blame the delivery guy. 
 
Can I change my order?
Did you change your mind after ordering? If you did not receive a tracking code yet the order is not shipped and we can change the order. If you already received a tracking code, it is already shipped and it is too late to change the order.

Is my bag on stock?
The number of articles in stock are mentioned per product. If the article is on stock the standard delivery times apply.
 
I did not get a confirmation mail.
After completing the order you will automatically receive a confirmation email in your mailbox. Haven't received anything after a few minutes? Check your spam folder. It happens regularly that it ends up here. Tip: wait until the payment is completed and you are redericted to the confirmation page on our website. Many customers close the screen too soon after the payment but then the confirmation email is not sent and we do not receive the order. Check if the payment is taken from your bank account. If not you can make a new order.

For all the payment methods except bank transfer we receive the payment immediately and your order will be handled asap by our logitic partner. If you choose the payment method 'bank transfer' you can pay the total amount on our account BE76 7370 6349 1795 with your order number that you will receive by email after completing the order. Our bank account number is also mentioned on the invoice in the confirmation mail.
 
Can I get an invoice?
Off course! When you fill in your name and address you also have the option 'professional customer'. When you choose this option you will have to fill in a tax number. You will receive an invoice attached to your confirmation mail.
 
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
While ordering you can choose where you want your parcel to be delivered. At home, at your office, at your grandma's house or whatever official address. Are you not at home when the deliverer came by? It is possible that your parcel is delivered at the neighbours or that they dropped it in the garden. Did the parcel not arrive or do you want to know when it will arrive? Please contact our logistic partner GLS.  Make sure to have your tracking code with you.
 
Is free delivery possible?
There is no such thing as free delivery! We believe in the principle that the parcel deliverer also deserves a fair wage and humane working conditions. That is why we are not participating in the race for low shipping costs and free shipping from an amount that is too low. Our logistics partner GLS guarantees a good service and conditions for his employers. At ifluo.be shipping is free from € 250. This is a quantity discount that is covered by ifluo and is not passed on to the logistic partner.
 
What are the delivery terms?

What is the status of my order?
As soon as your order is picked at the warehouse and ready for shipping you will receive an email with a track & trace code to follow your parcel online. 
 
What to do when my parcel didn't arrive?
Don't panic!
Check the track & trace code that you received from us by mail. In this mail you have a link to check where your parcel is. Check if there are any updates. 
Check the delivery address. Did you make a mistake? Let us know asap so that we can inform the transport company.
Check your (non digital) mail? Did you receive a message from the transport company that you were not at home? It could be that parcel is delivered at your neighbours house, a pick up point or that he/she will come tomorrow.
 
Didn't receive your parcel 3 days after the planned delivery date? Please contact our logistic partner GLS.
 
Stock on the website
With each article you can see how many articles we have in stock. If the article is in stock the standard delivery times apply. If the product is not in stock, the delivery time may increase.
 
 
RETURN 
What are the conditions for a free return?
 
The product must be in original condition and undamaged. 
The product has the original tags and labels.
The return is done by the same transport company as who delivered your parcel.
 
How can I return my order?

Can I exchange an order?
 
Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange an item. Are you not satisfied with your ordered item? Request a free return and make a new order for the item that you do want.
 
How long does it take before I get my payment back?
We will refund your purchase amount (or part of it if the product is damaged) within 7 days of receipt of the returned product. For the refund we will need your bank account number.
